Hi Tribe, and welcome!

 

I am a half Belgian, half Spanish yogi born in Malaga, Spain, currently based in Dubai since 2012. It was in Dubai where I unrolled for the first time a Yoga mat and inevitably fell in love with the practice.

 

I started my very own journey to self-discovery and inner healing in 2016. I was profoundly inspired by the benefits I started to experience on all levels after I had established a regular practice of Yoga and Meditation: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

 

I decided to become a Yoga Teacher to help others thrive in life by nurturing their body, mind and soul through Yoga and Meditation, and help them to grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the mat. I completed a total of 500-hour Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and have been teaching since 2018 in Yoga studios, events and privately to variety of levels and age groups.

 

In my classes I like to fuse traditional practices of Yoga and modern fun flows, without ever forgetting about mindful breathing and taking little moments for grounding throughout the practice.
